Instructions for using the HVAC Job Pricing Calculator

Overhead Amount:

1. Figure out your daily overhead amount. (Office costs, utilities, trucks, salaries inside the office, insurance, etc.)
2. Multiply your daily overhead amount by the amount of days it will take to finish the job.
3. Place that number in the box labeled, "Overhead Amount per Day."

Labor Cost:

1. Figure out your total labor cost per day, including pay, taxes, benefits, bonuses etc. for all of persons that will be working on the job.
2. Multiply your total labor cost per day by the total number of days it will take to complete the job.
3. Place that number in the box labeled, "Labor Cost."

Material Cost:

1. Find your total material cost including equipment and the materials needed to complete the job.
2. Place your total material cost number in the box labeled, "Material Cost."

Finally, click the box labeled, "Calculate Sell Price."
