Cindy is head of HR and the wife of CEO, Ken Decker. Born in 1979, Cindy was always a very sweet and sincere human being. This is what makes her the perfect choice for our HR Department. Cindy owned a daycare facility in Highland, NY where she cared for amazing children until 2021 when she was forced to close due to declining revenue during Covid and a move she made when she met her husband.

As the HR professional at K. Decker Associates, Cindy leads recruitment, onboarding, and performance management. She shapes a positive workplace culture, ensuring employee well-being, implements HR policies, addresses conflicts, and fosters diversity.
